Mild but authentic flavor. The area of the world it comes from is known for its oils being higher in polyprophenols than other regions. If I'm going to buy Olive Oil, I want the highest quality possible! 😁

Atlas olive oil is the perfect finishing touch to drizzle on pizza fresh out the pizza oven. Great on breads, salads, anything you need quality evoo for. Haven't tried the seasonings yet but they smell amazing, looking forward to trying all the great recipe cards that came free with the order along with a sample. Thank you!
